Return/Exchange Policy:

Regrettably, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if your product arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at info@badbodybutter.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and accompanying pictures for verification. If it's determined that your product is damaged, we'll proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note that minor imperfections, such as slight color variations, are normal occurrences due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify as damage. In some instances, we may issue a gift card to the buyer.
